New S19 section opens in Podlaskie, cutting travel times across the region

A new section of the S19 expressway in the Podlaskie region has been opened to traffic. The investment is expected to shorten travel times and improve traffic flow across the region. The S19 forms part of the Via Carpatia route connecting Poland with southern Europe.
