Horses flee wildfire closing in northwest of Athens

On Monday, 3 August, horses were filmed fleeing a wildfire northwest of Athens as flames engulfed a field behind them. The footage captured a dramatic escape of the animals from the encroaching blaze. Greece has been facing increasingly frequent and destructive wildfires in recent years.
