Orlen acquires hybrid wind-solar farm for 437 million zloty

Onde has signed agreements to sell shares in two subsidiaries developing renewable energy projects to Orlen New Power, along with execution contracts worth approximately 437.2 million zloty. The deal covers a hybrid wind and solar farm. The acquisition marks another step in Orlen's expansion of its renewable energy portfolio.
