Polish Ombudsman calls for IVF law change excluding single women

Poland's Ombudsman has called on the Minister of Health to amend the 2015 infertility treatment act. Current law prevents single women from completing IVF procedures using their own already-created embryos. The Ombudsman considers the restriction discriminatory and in violation of patients' rights.
