Czech military intelligence: Russia will rebuild its military strength within 4–6 years

The head of Czech Military Intelligence warned that Russia will remain a serious threat to Europe and NATO even after the conflict in Ukraine ends. Czech estimates indicate Russia could rebuild its military capabilities — arms, personnel and combat readiness — to pre-2022 invasion levels within four to six years.
