Poland appeals Brussels court ruling ordering €1.3 bn payment to Pfizer for uncollected COVID vaccines

Poland's Ministry of Health has appealed a Brussels court ruling ordering Warsaw to pay Pfizer 5.6 billion złoty (roughly €1.3 bn) for 60 million uncollected COVID-19 vaccine doses. Pfizer continues to hold funds seized on 1 July from the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency as security for the debt.
