Arson suspect arrested in Spokane — fire burns 3,200 hectares, 700 buildings destroyed

Police in Washington state arrested a 37-year-old man suspected of arson in Spokane, the state's second-largest city. The fire has burned through more than 3,200 hectares of forest, destroyed around 700 buildings, and forced 60,000 residents to evacuate. Firefighters have still not contained the blaze.
