Mercedes CEO: we went too far with touchscreens, physical buttons are coming back

Mercedes CEO Ola Källenius admitted that the automotive industry may have gone too far in shifting controls to touchscreens. Mercedes is now planning a partial return to physical buttons while keeping its large displays — the company wants to restore dedicated switches for the most frequently used functions.
