Czarnek files constitutional complaint to block health and sex education from September

PiS MP Przemysław Czarnek has filed a motion with the Constitutional Tribunal seeking to have the mandatory health and sex education regulations declared unconstitutional. The filing also includes a request for an interim measure to prevent the regulations from taking effect in September. The move is the latest episode in an ongoing dispute over the new school subject introduced by the government.
