Czarnek files constitutional challenge against mandatory health education
MP Przemysław Czarnek announced he is filing a motion with the Constitutional Tribunal to strike down regulations introducing mandatory health education, including its sexual health component. He also filed for an injunction to prevent the rules from taking effect on 1 September. Czarnek described the new regulations as "demoralising."
