Russian soldier shoots dead four people in Crimea, including three civilians

A Russian soldier opened fire on fellow servicemen and then on civilians in the village of Khmelnytskoye near Sevastopol in Crimea. Four people were killed and four others wounded in the attack. The incident involved both military personnel and civilian bystanders.
