Polish weather alert: up to 38°C mid-week, storms in the west

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued heat warnings for almost the entire country. Temperatures could reach 38°C in many areas on Wednesday and Thursday. Thunderstorms are also expected in western Poland on Tuesday.
