More cheap foreign workers than official stats show — ING report on Polish business

Polish companies are coping with labour shortages primarily by relying on cheap foreign workers, whose real numbers far exceed official statistics, according to analysts at ING Bank Śląski. The research warns that most Polish businesses are clinging to an outdated business model that may not survive demographic pressures and Chinese competition.
