Russian strikes on Sumy and Mykolaiv kill four, including two girls

A Russian strike on the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy killed an elderly woman and two girls on Tuesday, according to local authorities. A separate attack on the southern city of Mykolaiv claimed one more life. The two strikes killed four people in total.
