Morocco warned Spain days before 60,000 migrants stormed Ceuta

Morocco's Foreign Ministry says it warned the Spanish government of Pedro Sanchez about a possible mass migrant crossing into Ceuta before it occurred. Around 60,000 people attempted to enter the Spanish enclave. Rabat says the alert was issued several days before the incident took place.
