PKW may approve PiS financial report — party hopes for at least 8 mln zł in state funding
Poland's State Electoral Commission (PKW) is set to assess parties' 2025 financial reports. PiS is reportedly in line for a positive assessment with reservations, which the party believes would unlock full state subsidies worth at least 8 million zł ahead of elections. Experts, however, say no PKW ruling will automatically restore the party's previously withheld funds, and its dispute with the finance minister involves far larger sums.
