Room to negotiate flat prices shrinks as asking prices rise again in Poland
The first half of 2026 saw a reversal in the growing room for price negotiation when buying flats, according to the Metrohouse and Credipass "Barometr" report. Asking prices have started rising again, cutting buyers off from deep discounts. In Poland's three largest cities, however, price growth dynamics remain within the inflation target.
