Three Texas moms sue state over mandatory Ten Commandments displays in classrooms

Three Texas mothers representing Sikh, nonreligious and multi-faith households have filed a lawsuit against the state's plan to display the Ten Commandments in every public school classroom. The plaintiffs argue the mandatory posters foster religious exclusion and violate the constitutional separation of church and state.
