Student loans wiped for 170,000 defrauded by for-profit schools

The U.S. Education Department will cancel student loans for another 170,000 borrowers who were defrauded by for-profit schools. The sprawling class-action case has now become the largest class-action settlement in American history, with prior rounds covering hundreds of thousands of former students.
