France's TF1 puts production group Studio TF1 up for sale

France's leading commercial broadcaster TF1 has quietly put its production-distribution group Studio TF1 up for sale, just 18 months after rebranding it. The company has hired Rothschild to oversee the early-stage sale process. TF1, led by former Netflix board member Rodolphe Belmer since 2023, is doubling down on its streaming strategy.
