Russian opposition politician Nadezhdin flees to France

Boris Nadezhdin, 63, a Russian opposition politician, appeared in a video filmed in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. He said he was "alive and free, but unfortunately not yet in Russia." Nadezhdin is known for his anti-war activism and his earlier attempt to register as a presidential candidate in Russia.
