Russia protests demolition of Soviet propaganda monument in Pyrzyce, Poland

The Russian Embassy in Warsaw filed an official protest with Polish authorities after the demolition of a monument in Pyrzyce on 31 July. Poland's Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) had classified the structure as a Soviet propaganda object known as the "Monument of Memory." Russia condemned the removal.
