Israel and Lebanon hold Rome talks; US monitors ceasefire deal implementation

US Ambassador to Lebanon Michel Issa called on Monday for patience from both Israel and Lebanon ahead of a new round of talks opening in Rome on Tuesday. The two countries signed a preliminary peace agreement at the end of June, with Washington closely overseeing its implementation.
