Two people die in US cyclospora outbreak, both had underlying conditions

Authorities in the US state of Michigan have reported two deaths linked to a cyclospora outbreak in the Midwest. Both individuals who died had underlying health conditions. Cyclospora is an intestinal infection caused by the parasite Cyclospora cayetanensis.
