Russia adds 14-year-old St. Petersburg schoolboy to terrorist registry

Russia's Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) has added Viktor Kalinin, a teenage schoolboy from St. Petersburg, to its registry of terrorists and extremists. The boy turned 14 just three months ago. The addition was reported by a Telegram channel tracking updates to the registry.
