Giants' Tomb from the Bronze Age uncovered in Sardinian forest near Macomer

Archaeologists have uncovered a well-preserved Giants' Tomb near the town of Macomer in Sardinia, at the archaeological site of Carrarzu Iddia. The monumental Bronze Age structure had been hidden for years beneath dense forest vegetation. Giants' Tombs are a unique funerary form of the Nuragic culture, found exclusively on Sardinia.
