Spain's RTVE joins Netflix on film about ETA's 1997 kidnapping and murder of Miguel Ángel Blanco

Spanish public broadcaster RTVE has joined Netflix and Universal Pictures International Spain as a co-producer on "Blanco," directed by Félix Viscarret. The film tells the story of the 1997 kidnapping and murder of Basque politician Miguel Ángel Blanco by the terrorist organisation ETA. Universal Pictures International Spain will handle theatrical distribution.
