Avalanche on Broad Peak kills 10 climbers including Nirmal Purja

An avalanche struck Broad Peak on Thursday around midday, killing all 10 members of a climbing expedition. Among the dead is renowned mountaineer and expedition leader Nirmal Purja. The Pakistan Alpine Club confirmed there were no survivors.
