Supreme Administrative Court: tax authority cannot auto-apply delivery fiction via e-Tax Office

A seven-judge panel of Poland's Supreme Administrative Court ruled that the tax authority was permitted to send decisions to a lawyer's e-Tax Office account, but could not automatically apply the legal fiction of delivery. As a result, numerous tax decisions may never have legally taken effect, with significant consequences for taxpayers and their representatives.
