Woman slipped rescue note on tissue as volunteers came to save starving dog

OTOZ Animals volunteers arrived at a flat to rescue a starving dog, when a woman inside threw a tissue with a phone number and a desperate plea for help. The incident turned out to be far more serious than a routine animal welfare call. The woman herself was in need of rescue, not just the dog.
