Ex-German ambassador: Russia better prepared for general mobilisation than in 2022

Former German ambassador to Russia Alexander Graf Lambsdorff told Bild that a general mobilisation in Russia is likely. He said the Kremlin is now technically better prepared to carry out such an operation than it was in 2022. Lambsdorff suggested Putin may be more inclined to take this step than previously thought.
