President Nawrocki grants clemency in three cases, including defamation conviction

Polish President Karol Nawrocki issued three clemency decisions on Monday, according to Deputy Secretary of State Mateusz Kotecki. One concerns a person convicted of defamation who has exceptional contributions to Poland's democratic transformation. The other two involve lifting a stadium ban and granting conditional early release from a life sentence.
