Polish patrol aircraft joins EU inspection of Russian shadow fleet tanker

EU naval operation EUNAVFOR MED IRINI inspected the sanctioned tanker Toa Payoh, classified as part of Russia's shadow fleet, on international waters. A Polish M28 Bryza B1R patrol aircraft from the Polish Military Contingent IRINI participated in the operation. The mission is part of broader EU efforts to enforce sanctions against vessels circumventing restrictions related to Russia.
