Poland appeals Brussels court ruling in Pfizer COVID vaccine dispute

Poland's Ministry of Health has appealed a Brussels court ruling stemming from a lawsuit filed by Pfizer. The dispute concerns Poland's refusal in 2022 to accept a portion of its contracted COVID-19 vaccine deliveries. Pfizer sued Poland for breach of contract over the rejected doses.
