Zelensky appoints Rustem Umerov as Ukraine's new foreign intelligence chief
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has officially confirmed that Rustem Umerov, the outgoing secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, will become the new head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service. Umerov takes over one of the most senior positions in Ukraine's security apparatus.
