Poland draws €3bn — half of all CEE commercial real estate investment in H1

Commercial real estate investment across six Central and Eastern European countries reached €5.8bn in the first half of the year, with Poland attracting €3bn of that total. Colliers estimates the region could draw up to €13bn for the full year, with Poland accounting for roughly half. This makes Poland the undisputed investment leader in the CEE region.
