Cyberattack in Liechtenstein steals data of 31,000 people — three-quarters of the population
Liechtenstein has reported a serious cyberattack on a government database of company and foundation owners, resulting in the theft of data belonging to 31,000 people. The country has a population of just over 40,000, meaning nearly three-quarters of residents were affected. The attack targeted the Alpine microstate located between Switzerland and Austria.
