Poland's competition watchdog fines nine firms over 135m złoty for 11-year farm machinery price-fixing
Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has fined nine companies and five individual traders for participating in a price-fixing cartel covering tractors, combine harvesters and spare parts. Total penalties exceeded 135 million złoty. The illegal arrangement had been operating for 11 years.
