Death toll from Ceuta migrant rush reaches 72 as far right attacks Sánchez government

The death toll from last week's mass crossing from Morocco into Spain's Ceuta enclave reached at least 72 after five more bodies were found along the North African coast. Of roughly 60,000 people who entered Ceuta, over 48,000 returned to Morocco within 48 hours. The far right has seized on the crisis to attack Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez's immigration policy as calm returns to the enclave.
