Poland appeals Brussels court ruling in Pfizer dispute worth 5.5 billion zloty

The Polish State Treasury, represented by the Minister of Health, has appealed against a Brussels court ruling from 1 April issued in a case brought by Pfizer Inc., Pfizer Export B.V. and BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH against Poland. The dispute concerns COVID-19 vaccine orders and involves 5.5 billion zloty. The Health Ministry confirmed the appeal on Monday.
