Polish antitrust office fines tractor dealers 136 million PLN for market cartel

Poland's competition watchdog UOKiK has found that AGCO and dealers of Valtra, Fendt and Massey Ferguson tractors divided up the market and coordinated pricing. Fines totalling nearly 136 million PLN were imposed on nine companies and five managers. It is one of the largest cartel penalties in the office's history.
