Polish developers no longer fear the worst, but sales remain tough

A July survey of Polish property developers shows that the industry has moved past its worst fears, but easy sales have not returned. The era when buyers snapped up any flat with doors and windows is over. Most firms expect prices to stabilise, and the market is increasingly demanding higher quality from developers.
