US passport drops to 10th place in global ranking – lowest since 2016

The United States has fallen to 10th place in this year's Henley Passport Index, its lowest ranking since 2016 when it placed 4th. The index measures visa-free travel access for holders of 199 passports to 227 destinations. More than 30 countries now rank ahead of the US, many sharing positions.
