Ukraine strikes Russian strategic air base Engels and Saratov oil refinery

Ukraine's General Staff announced on Sunday that Ukrainian forces damaged the Russian strategic air base at Engels in the Saratov region of southeastern European Russia. A Saratov oil refinery was also hit in the same operation. Engels is one of Russia's key long-range aviation hubs.
