Pyszne.pl begins laying off all ~5,000 couriers starting today

Pyszne.pl has begun the process of laying off all of its approximately 5,000 couriers, starting Monday. Poland has yet to regulate employment in the gig economy, while Spain introduced protections for platform workers years ago. Critics argue the Polish government has failed to safeguard the rights of platform-based workers.
