Toddler Antoś from Lwówek Śląski returned to foster care — police cite neglect
Eighteen-month-old Antoś from Lwówek Śląski has been placed in foster care for the second time, one year after his removal from his disabled parents sparked a nationwide wave of public outrage. Police cited "numerous irregularities" and probable neglect of the child. The Children's Rights Ombudsman has called for the parents to be stripped of parental rights.
