Walkers find human hand on outskirts of Ciechanów, police locate full remains

Walkers on the outskirts of Ciechanów discovered a fragment of a human hand and alerted police. Officers searching the surrounding area located human remains several hundred metres away. The circumstances of the find are under investigation.
