Leaving the Church, finding God in esotericism

Marlena Stefanowska and Klaudia Kot have left the Catholic Church but continue to seek God — in the realm of esotericism, typically associated with magic and fortune-telling. Stefanowska recalls feeling anxious before her first confession because she couldn't find any sins to confess. Both women say their belief in God remains intact, just outside organised religion.
