Agent Box mini PC runs 100bn-parameter AI models at one-fifth the cost of Nvidia's DGX Spark

Singapore-based startup Acrab has unveiled the Agent Box, a mini PC powered by its proprietary G≡LIX 1 chip (5nm process), combining a 20-core Arm CPU, a 3 TFLOPS GPU and a multicore neural processing unit. The device is designed to run 100-billion-parameter language models entirely on local hardware without relying on the cloud. Acrab claims performance close to Nvidia's $5,000 DGX Spark at roughly one-fifth the price and half the power consumption.
