China battles floods after Typhoon Noul — 25 dead in Gansu province
Typhoon Noul struck China on 26 July, triggering prolonged heavy rainfall that has caused floods, avalanches and landslides. At least 25 people have died in Gansu province alone. Authorities have warned of further disasters and are carrying out mass evacuations.
